In the late hours of a summer night in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, a young life was abruptly cut short by violence. Nineteen-year-old Hispanic male, Francisco Sierra, was shot and killed on September 1, 2010. The fatal incident occurred shortly before midnight in the 1400 block of West Arthur Street.
