On a Saturday evening in Milwaukee, the life of 23-year-old Chris Ford, a Black male, was tragically cut short. It was April 25, 2015, and at approximately 9:00 p.m., Ford was sitting in a minivan in the parking lot of a BP gas station located in the 4000 block of North Green Bay Avenue.
