On a Sunday evening in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, the life of 24-year-old Bradley Garrett, an African-American male, was tragically cut short. On May 3, 2015, at approximately 8:30 p.m., Garrett was sitting in a vehicle near the intersection of 44th and Wright Street when he was fatally shot.
