Carmen G. Rivera-Colón, a 42-year-old woman, was found dead on August 29, 2015, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She was identified by police after they responded to reports of gunshots around 11:30 a.m. in the 1200 block of S. 24th Street. Her body was discovered in the rear parking lot of a four-unit apartment building.
