Richard Allikas, 34, a White male, was shot and killed on Milwaukee's south side in the early morning of February 13, 2017. Police were called just after daybreak to the area near South 24th Street and West Greenfield Avenue, where gunfire had erupted during the morning commute. First responders attempted lifesaving measures, but he was pronounced dead at the scene. The Milwaukee County Medical Examiner's office confirmed the death that morning, and local outlets quickly identified the victim as ...
