Debra Louise Jackson, aged 23, was found dead on October 31, 1979, in Williamson County, Texas. For nearly 40 years, she remained unidentified, known only as the "Orange Socks" victim because she was discovered wearing only a pair of orange socks. Her body was located in a concrete drainage culvert near Interstate 35, just north of Georgetown, Texas.
