Curtis Moore, age 35, was found dead in Tyler, Texas, on July 14, 1994. The incident occurred at approximately 12:40 a.m. when officers responded to a call at the Corner Market, located at the intersection of Lake Placid Road and Old Jacksonville Highway. Upon arrival, they discovered Moore slumped over the steering wheel of a pickup truck. Further investigation revealed that he had been shot and was already deceased when found by the authorities.
