A decomposed body is found in an apartment
On June 2, 1999, Shelle McGugin, a 35-year-old woman, was found dead in her apartment at the Sunflower Apartments, located on Northeast Loop 410 in San Antonio, Texas. Her decomposed body was discovered by authorities, and the Bexar County Medical Examiner's Office later determined that she had been strangled with an electrical cord.
