On March 25, 2007, at approximately 5:20 a.m., 35-year-old Jorge Luis Guzman-Vasquez was found deceased in the 12600 block of Hillcroft Avenue in Houston, Texas. A passing motorist alerted authorities upon discovering his body lying in the roadway. Houston Police Department officers responded and determined that Guzman-Vasquez had sustained a fatal gunshot wound to the chest.
