Eric Demond Jackson, a 30-year-old African American male from Houston, Texas, was found dead on September 16, 2007. He was discovered unresponsive in his apartment after neighbors reported hearing multiple gunshots. Despite the prompt arrival of emergency responders, Jackson was pronounced dead at the scene. The initial investigation yielded few leads, and the case went cold due to a lack of evidence and witnesses.
