Death by Force

Gabriel Morales, 55, of Houston, Texas, was fatally shot in the early hours of June 14, 2009. The incident occurred at approximately 1:50 a.m. while Morales was walking home in the 5800 block of West Tidwell. According to the Houston Police Department, Morales was approached by an unknown suspect who shot him and left him on the sidewalk. Morales was pronounced dead at the scene.
