William Outland

On October 1, 2007, at approximately 7:15 p.m., 24-year-old William Marquis Outland and 26-year-old Shaylon Demond Guidry were fatally shot in the 700 block of North York Street in Houston, Texas. Both men suffered multiple gunshot wounds and were pronounced dead at the scene. The Houston Police Department's Homicide Division initiated an investigation into the incident.
