On May 21, 2008, the decomposed body of Sherry Johnson, aged 45, was discovered in a field in northeast Houston. Workers from a construction company found her nude body lying face-down near a cellular telephone tower along the 7500 block of Tremont around 2:00 p.m. Authorities reported that her body had been there for several days before it was found. An autopsy revealed wounds on her upper torso, but due to the advanced decomposition, the exact cause of the wounds was unclear. Police suspect sh ...
