On April 25, 2010, 39-year-old Martin Garcia was fatally shot in Houston, Texas. The incident occurred in the early morning hours at a residence located in the 7000 block of Avenue L. Houston Police Department officers responded to reports of a shooting and found Garcia with multiple gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
