Douglas Wayne Evans, aged 51, was killed in a shooting on August 29, 2010, in Houston, Texas. The incident occurred around 3:10 a.m. at 400 East 43rd Street. According to reports, Evans had picked up a friend and driven to this location. Both men exited the vehicle, and while they were conversing, a red Jeep Cherokee, possibly with body damage, approached.
