Oscar Orozco

Oscar Ortiz Orozco, 53, was fatally shot on September 1, 2011, while on his way to work as a school bus driver for the Aldine Independent School District in Houston, Texas. The incident occurred early in the morning, as Orozco was driving his white Chevrolet Impala.
