Eric Perry, aged 37, was shot and killed on July 22, 2012, in Fort Worth, Texas, during an argument inside his pickup truck. The incident occurred at approximately 1:30 a.m. in a construction area along Interstate Highway 35 West, north of Interstate Highway 820. When officers arrived, they found Eric Perry lying beside the truck with a fatal gunshot wound. The investigation revealed that Eric was shot by his brother-in-law during an altercation.
