On October 10, 2012, 19-year-old Erik Figueroa Bustos was fatally shot at an apartment complex located at 2200 Wirt Road in Houston, Texas. The incident occurred around 9:30 p.m., and Bustos was pronounced dead at the scene by paramedics. According to the investigation, the shooting was linked to an altercation, though the exact circumstances remain somewhat unclear.
