On December 10, 2012, Timothy Tingle, a 38-year-old man, was shot and killed outside his residence at 10906 Segrest in south Houston. The incident occurred around 8:50 p.m., and Tingle was found with multiple gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene after being discovered by his family members.
