On December 10, 2012, Timothy Tingle, a 38-year-old man, was shot and killed outside his residence at 10906 Segrest in south Houston. The incident occurred around 8:50 p.m., and Tingle was found with multiple gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene after being discovered by his family members. Houston police reported that there were no other injuries, and as of the time of reporting, no suspects or motive had been identified.
