Lazaro Rivas-Opico

Lazaro Rivas-Opico, aged 22, was killed in a drive-by shooting on April 30, 2013, at the Oaks of Bissonnet Apartments in southwest Houston. The shooting occurred around 9 p.m., and Rivas-Opico was pronounced dead at the scene with multiple gunshot wounds. Witnesses reported seeing a dark-colored sedan leaving the complex immediately after the shots were fired.
