Dasalle Mason

Dasalle Mason, 37, was fatally shot on the morning of July 2, 2013, during an altercation with burglars outside his home in northwest Houston. Mason returned home at approximately 6:20 a.m. to find intruders on his property. The confrontation quickly escalated into an exchange of gunfire between Mason and the suspects, resulting in Mason being fatally wounded in his driveway.
