On September 7, 2013, Tommy Brown, aged 51, was found dead in his home in Fort Worth, Texas. His sister, Andrea Brown, discovered his body when she went to check on him after he had not been seen for a couple of days. Tommy's hands were tied behind his back with a shoelace, and his head was covered with a white bag.
