Pao Sei

On October 7, 2013, Pao Sei, a 28-year-old male, was found fatally shot in Houston, Texas. The incident occurred in the early morning hours in the vicinity of a residential neighborhood. Officers from the Houston Police Department arrived at the scene and found Sei suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene shortly after police and emergency responders arrived.
