Death by Force

On October 7, 2013, Pao Sei, a 28-year-old male, was found fatally shot in Houston, Texas. The incident occurred in the early morning hours in the vicinity of a residential neighborhood. Officers from the Houston Police Department arrived at the scene and found Sei suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
