Ivan Mancina, age 35, was found dead on December 2, 2013, in San Antonio, Texas, at an apartment complex where authorities conducted a welfare check after concerns were raised about a foul odor. Mancina’s body was discovered inside one of the units at the Victoria Plaza Apartments, located in the downtown area.
