On January 4, 1977, Harry "The Horse" Flamburis, aged 37, was found murdered along with his girlfriend, Dannette Barrett, in their home in Daly City, California. Flamburis was the president of the San Francisco chapter of the Hells Angels motorcycle club. Both he and Barrett were bound and shot in the head in what appeared to be an execution-style killing.
