On September 9, 1982, Gregory Whitlock, aged 24, was shot and killed in Daly City, California. The incident occurred near the Lincoln Park Clubhouse at around 3:20 a.m. According to reports, Whitlock had a previous altercation with a group of individuals, described as Asian males, shortly before the shooting.
