Death by Force

On Thursday, December 11, 2014, Houston Police officers responded to a call in the 5900 block of Scott Street in Houston, Texas. Upon arrival, officers were advised that Mr. Jose Angel Barrios-Becerra, a 24-year-old Hispanic male, had been shot multiple times near a bus stop located at the corner of Scott Street and Griggs Road.
