Felipe Bautista, a 17-year-old, was tragically shot and killed on August 27, 2015, in Houston, Texas. The incident took place on Darling Street, where Felipe was fatally shot in what investigators initially identified as a targeted attack. Witnesses reported hearing gunshots and then seeing suspects fleeing the scene in a vehicle.
