Roger Soto, 34, was shot and killed outside his home in San Antonio on January 15, 2016. The incident took place in the front yard of his residence on Poinsettia Street, following an argument with an unidentified individual. Witnesses described the shooter as a young man wearing red sweatpants and a brown jacket, who fled the scene on foot. Despite leads, authorities have been unable to identify or arrest the suspect.
