Curtis Jefferson, age 35, was found dead in Houston, Texas, on April 11, 2016. The incident took place at an apartment complex located at 10070 Westpark Drive. Houston Police Department officers responded to a welfare check call around 4:40 a.m. and found Jefferson in a state of decomposition inside his apartment. Initial investigations indicated a suspicious death, but the exact cause was pending an autopsy from the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
