Ivan Ulices Garcia, aged 27, was tragically killed on August 17, 2016, in Houston, Texas. Garcia, a well-known tattoo artist, was remembered for his dedication to his craft and his loving nature as a father, son, and brother. On the day of his death, Ivan was found with fatal injuries, and despite efforts from emergency personnel, he succumbed to his wounds.
