On May 21, 2017, at approximately 2:55 a.m., 34-year-old Hispanic male Jaime Cantu Jr. was shot during a home invasion at his parents' residence in the 7200 block of Housman Street in Houston, Texas. According to reports, Mr. Cantu had arrived at the home to pick up his 3-year-old son, who was being cared for by his parents. Shortly after his arrival, two armed suspects entered the residence.
