Floyd Oscar Jr., aged 43, was shot and killed on July 11, 2017, in Houston, Texas. The incident took place around 3:45 a.m. in front of an apartment complex located at 12345 Bob White Drive. According to the Houston Police Department, Oscar was standing in a driveway when he was approached by three unknown males.
