O'Cyrus Breaux, age 14, was tragically killed on July 18, 2017, during the early morning hours after celebrating his birthday at his home in Houston, Texas. The celebration, initially filled with joy, took a grim turn when O'Cyrus was shot in the stomach while sitting outside with friends.
