James Garza, aged 68, was fatally shot on July 26, 2017, in Houston, Texas, during a confrontation over a handicapped parking space. The incident occurred in the parking lot of a U.S. Post Office on Broadway Street. William Anthony Hall, 70, was charged with the murder after an argument escalated, leading to the shooting.
