Brent Tapp, 67, was fatally shot on the night of November 7, 2017, in Houston, Texas. Authorities responded to a call in the 4400 block of Caroline Street, where Tapp’s body was found in a parking lot with a gunshot wound. The Houston Police Department linked the shooting to a prior incident in August 2017, when Jamin Kidron Stocker reportedly shot Tapp in the leg during an altercation.
