Brent Tapp, 67, was fatally shot on the night of November 7, 2017, in Houston, Texas. Authorities responded to a call in the 4400 block of Caroline Street, where Tapp’s body was found in a parking lot with a gunshot wound. The Houston Police Department linked the shooting to a prior incident in August 2017, when Jamin Kidron Stocker reportedly shot Tapp in the leg during an altercation. This earlier conflict led to an aggravated assault charge against Stocker, who was arrested in January 2018 ...
