Oscar Green, 47, was fatally shot in Houston, Texas, on November 20, 2017. The incident occurred around 1:50 a.m. at 8200 Cook Road near a gas station. According to investigators, Green had been involved in an altercation with two women shortly before the shooting. As Green attempted to flee the scene, he was chased down and shot by an unknown suspect.
