Shot during a ceremonial dance near Somes Bar. Another man was shot but did not die. Jury found suspect, Antone Richard Aubrey, 41, of Hoopa, not guilty. Greg Greenhalgh, aged 30, was found brutally murdered in his Shasta Lake home on December 20, 1986. The crime scene was particularly gruesome, with Greenhalgh having been stabbed multiple times while lying on a punctured waterbed. His body was discovered by local authorities, but despite numerous investigations over the years, the identity of his killer or killers has never been determined.
