Marcell Watkins, an African American male, died on March 13, 2007, at the age of 49 in Memphis, Tennessee. Originally from Marked Tree, Arkansas, he had resided in Memphis for the last decade of his life. Marcell worked as a mechanic and was survived by his wife, Inez, along with his children: sons Kevin and Marcell Fulton of Jonesboro, Spencer Smith of Osceola, and daughters Iris and Sherry Smith of Osceola, and Shavonda Smith of Jonesboro.
