On August 7, 1990, Keith Francis Baker was involved in a tragic incident in Santa Clara, California. That evening, Baker was reportedly acting erratically in the parking lot of a liquor store located at 2035 White Oaks Drive. Between 9:20 PM and 10:45 PM, witnesses observed him using profanity and challenging others to fight.
