John Anthony Bailon, aged 42, was found dead on July 10, 1995, in Santa Clara, California. Bailon was discovered slumped in his 1984 gold Porsche 944, parked in the underground garage of an office building at 1265 El Camino Real. He had suffered a gunshot wound and was pronounced dead at the scene. The case was investigated by Santa Clara police but remained unsolved, with no active leads reported at the time.
