Badly decomposed body found shot off I-5 on the east side of Abrams Lake in the Spring Hill area. Identified through fingerprints. Victim had been working the past 1½ years at a CCC Camp in Greenwood, CA Joseph Fose, age 41, was killed on February 7, 1991, in Rancho Tehama, California.
