Jerod Jeterio Lewis, a 25-year-old from Memphis, Tennessee, was tragically killed on August 3, 2012, just a week after his birthday. He was shot in an incident that has since had a lasting impact on his family and community. Jerod's parents started the Jerod House organization in his memory to combat violence and support their local community.
