Death by Force

On December 22, 2015, Cheyenne Toineeta, a 30-year-old member of the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians, was found on the ground in front of a friend's home at 5148 Linbar Drive in Nashville, Tennessee. Her friend helped her into the home, and Toineeta reportedly complained of rib pain before becoming unresponsive.
