On the evening of March 28, 2016, Sean Michael Heywood, a 33-year-old male, made arrangements to purchase half a gram of heroin for $75 from Glenda Aldape. Heywood, who was residing with his parents and grandmother in Memphis, Tennessee, informed his father around 10 p.m. that he was going to a nearby Huey's restaurant for a beer. Surveillance footage from the restaurant confirmed Heywood's arrival shortly after 10 p.m., where he had a single beer and was seen making at least two phone calls.
