In the early morning hours of January 30, 2007, the life of 21-year-old Montez Felder was tragically cut short on the streets of South Philadelphia. An African-American male, Felder was discovered on the 2200 block of South Sixth Street at approximately 12:45 a.m. with a fatal gunshot wound to his head.
