Montez Felder, a 21-year-old male from Philadelphia, was shot and killed on January 30, 2007. The incident occurred at approximately 12:45 a.m. on the 2200 block of South Sixth Street in South Philadelphia. He was found with a fatal gunshot wound to the head.
