Eric Woods, a 19-year-old from Philadelphia, was shot and killed on August 1, 2007, while walking home from a neighborhood basketball game in Southwest Philadelphia. He had attended the game with his sister and nephew but decided to leave with his friends. Eric was shot in the chest while in the company of his friends, and they rushed him to the hospital in a Chevy Lumina. Unfortunately, despite their efforts, Eric did not survive.
