Andrew Bagwell, a 22-year-old male, was tragically murdered on December 28, 2009, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The shooting took place in the Wissinoming neighborhood, specifically in the 6000 block of Keystone Street. Andrew was shot while attempting to get into the driver’s seat of a van. A friend who had been asleep in the back of the vehicle heard the gunshots but was unable to see the shooter.
