In the early morning hours of December 28, 2009, in the Wissinoming neighborhood of Philadelphia, a young life was tragically cut short. Andrew Bagwell, a 22-year-old African-American male, was fatally wounded in what police described as an ambush. The incident unfolded around 6 a.m. on the 6000 block of Keystone Street as Bagwell was leaving a home.
