Death by Force

Bernabe Montes, age 43, was fatally shot in Philadelphia on October 1, 2011. The shooting occurred in the early hours of the morning at around 3:45 a.m. on the 5000 block of North 5th Street. Montes was caught up in a violent incident when two armed individuals reportedly announced a robbery and began shooting.
