Charles Wiley, age 28, was shot multiple times on October 1, 2014, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The incident occurred at around 7:50 p.m. on the 3100 block of Rosewood Street, where Philadelphia Police Officers found Charles lying on the ground in front of a residence. He had sustained gunshot wounds to his neck, stomach, and arm. Charles was immediately transported to Temple University Hospital and admitted in critical condition.
